The TreeTop House offers a unique vacation home for your stay in Monteverde Costa Rica. Immersed in nature and close to all tour activities. It gives you the unique opportunity to live in the treetops of Monteverde, off the main road to the Cloud Forest of Monteverde between the Monteverde Reserve and the village of Santa Elena.
The TreeTop House started as a vacation rental house in the early 2000. It has since grown with our new ideas and with the help of our amazing guests into the incredible vacation experience that it is today.
Each level of the TreeTop house has its own entrance from the outside. The inner areas are connected. If you are a big group we can also add our owner’s suite as a special deal. Whatever you need for your vacation, we’re here to help make it possible. Ideal is an occupancy of 4 to 10 persons at the time, It invites to stay together yet with enough privacy for the separation it has between the different levels.
WiFi, cell service, and safe parking just outside the house are included. Forest trails and waterfalls are super accessible. There is even a waterfall across the street. We also have a private garden, perfect for picnics.

TREETOP HOUSE
There is much to discover in the multi-level TreeTop House Monteverde, reminiscent of the layered canopy itself. There is plenty of space and privacy, which makes it perfect for multiple families, couples traveling together, groups of friends, and more.
TREETOP STUDIO
The TreeTop Studio is the highest level in the building. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette with plenty of seating for 10 persons.
CANOPY LEVEL
On this level, you will find 4 double beds and 1 single bed in 3 bedrooms. The level is connected with the parking level on the outside, and through a bridge to the inside. It does not connect to the 3rd level of the building.
FOREST APARTMENT
This spacious apartment has 2 double beds and 1 single bed, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a window opening to the Forest, a little snack bar on the beautiful large terrace.
